A well designed bookcase or fitted bookcase wall can not only organise your books, files, cds and dvds, but it can also create a stunning feature to any wall and enhance your home. Our hand painted bookcases can be made to suit any space. We design and manufacture many styles of bookcases for homes around Harrogate and beyond. These are mostly bookcases in a\u00a0 hand painted finish using Farrow and Ball paint, but are often made in oak, walnut or other timbers depending on the style the customer chooses. As well as housing books and files it is becoming very popular\u00a0 to incorporate home cinema equipment into bookcases, so perhaps a large television and gaming equipment can be neatly hidden away. By adding lighting,photo frames and other items can be displayed, while shelving provides storage space for books, photogrpah albums and files.<\/h2>\n

As always we design our\u00a0 the furniture taking into consideration the clients requirements for storage solution, but also we pay attention to\u00a0 the way the furniture will look in terms of style and proportion and how it would suit the room. This allows us to ensure a high standard of workmanship and a swift problem free installation. The bookcases are\u00a0 usually hand primed and then hand painted in eggshell paint. For a more contemporary look be can make bookcases in semi and high gloss finishes, or in oiled or lacquered timber finishes.
