Bespoke Kitchen Design and Interior Design in Harrogate
This is a bespoke kitchen in Harrogate which we completed as part of full interior design and project management undertaken for the entire apartment. As the kitchen, dining room and living area was open plan we wanted to keep the interior scheme light and airy. So the kitchen is in a plain shaker style, with doors set in a simple cockbeaded frame. Worktops were leather finish black granite, which in terms of kitchen design is a softer look than a polished granite. Kitchen cabinets were fitted around the perimeter of the room, and integrated a range cooker, american side by side refridgerator, a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The central heating boiler was integrated into a cabinet making this area a feature with small drawers to the bottom and an oak worktop with curved overhang to provide a place for bar stools.
Having designed and made the kitchen we also made the dining room furniture. This included a made to measure dining table with an oval top, and two corner cabinets which were used for display and as a drinks area. The living room included bespoke furniture with a large television cabinet and display shelving, a bespoke sofa, curtains and roman blinds. We designed the floor covering so that the lounge area was carpeted and the remaining floor was in oak.
Bedroom furniture, entrance hall furniture and bathrooms were also part of the rennovations of this apartment in Harrogate. Inglish Design selected wallpapers, paint finishes, lighting design and all colour schemes. A professional photo shoot will be done soon, but the following pictures show some of what we did on this apartment.
